3. Services

Our workshops, coaching sessions, and retreats are designed for holistic growth and leadership development. Due to allocation of specialized resources and limited capacity, bookings are non-refundable. However, participants may request a transfer to another date or equivalent offering by submitting a request at least 7 days before the scheduled start via our contact form. Approval is subject to availability.

4. Info Products

Digital courses, guides, and online modules may be refunded in full if a request is made within 14 days of purchase and less than 30% of the content has been accessed. To initiate a refund, please complete the form at our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Merchandise

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. To arrange a return, contact us through the contact form. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All offerings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sorynth disclaims implied guarantees. We make no promises regarding specific results.
